Playing drums is one of the most fun things you can do! It is also one of the healthiest things you can do. Piece Together teaches specifically drum kit percussion. The focus is on developing one’s style.
Piece Together is a member of the certified LEGO educator community.
The music syllabus is a collection of material from LONDON school of music and personal experience over the past 20 years.
I have been playing drums and LEGO for more than 30 years. Since my first LEGO set at the age of 5 and playing a drum in choir in grade 2, it is my heart.
On the music side, I have played in more than 20 bands, from church bands to rock; metal to jazz bands. I have a diploma in music from UFS and qualifications from Trinity school of music in London.

There are many health benefits to playing drums either alone, in a drumming group, or in a musical group. These health benefits include, but are not limited to; physical health benefits, psychological health benefits, cognitive fluidity, therapeutic effects, emotional expression, and even spiritual benefits.
Some of these health benefits can be experienced also by simply hearing drums on a regular basis.
My mission with LEGO education is to facilitate these processes with you so that your child can benefit from this astonishingly well researched and thought out educational system.
This system covers a broad spectrum of knowledge and skills including, but not limited to: engineering, science, maths, creative thinking, brainstorming, researching, designing and testing prototypes, basic concepts in nature, the basics of coding and much more.
